Nashua Builders is a leading volumetric modular builder located in Boise Idaho.   We focus on hospitality and multifamily projects including LIHTC, Senior Apartments, Student housing, Townhomes and Condominium projects. Nashua Builders is a privately held company under the same ownership since 1989, and  produces volumetric modular projects for the western U.S. and Canada.
